We are striving for sustainable, well-paced, life-long education and growth! My ultimate goal is for you to no longer need me if you choose after those 3 months!

Just 1:1 Training

Includes customized training plans with weekly check ins and workout plans, form correction, progressions, and adaptations based on your specific sport, performance, or fitness goals. Available monthly or 3 month commitment.

Just 1:1 Nutrition

Includes a customized Nutrition plan including weekly check ins, diet fatigue recovery, sport performance diet education and mindset coaching based on your particular goals. Available monthly or 3 month commitment.


One Hour Consultation on Training or Nutrition

One hour consultation on training, nutrition, or both! Best for folks who enjoy crafting their own specific workouts and nutrition, but would like specific guidance and education in these topic areas! No time commitment.
